Soowa Sdey Chenam Tmey! it is a pleasure to join you in celebrating the Khmer New Year. As a new year begins, it is a special time to take pride in cambodian culture, and to enjoy the fellowship of family and friends

Cambodians are an integral part of Hawaii. Through your hard work and vibrant culture, you have contributed much to Hawaii's well-being and cultural diversity. Cambodians can - take pride in their special contributions to our unique social fabric
